Our Guarantee

Up and running in 5 days: You have our guarantee that we will do everything in our power to get your materials to you within one week. One week means five (5) business days from when we receive all of your content needed to produce your materials.

User Content

1. Your content will be placed into your materials in the condition it is received, although we will attempt to correct any grammatical errors. If you need help with writing, we have writers on staff who will be more than willing to assist you. Additional fees apply for this service.
2. If you are uploading your own photo for use in your website design, image requirements are 1,400 pixels wide at a minimum and at least 600 pixels high. Uploaded main images that do not meet these requirements will be stretched to fit the space. Some cropping may occur to fit the image into the chosen layout.

Website Templates & Layouts

1. The website layouts including all graphics and code from RK Lotus are copywritten by RK Lotus and may not be reproduced without expressed written permission. When you purchase a template website from RK Lotus, we retain the ownership of the layout.

Payment Terms

The deposit is non-refundable. If you do not wish to proceed to a completed product, no further payment is due and your materials will not be published or delivered to you.
